Staff Members

  • Raised in the South, Katherine has spent the last two decades working in all aspects of fundraising at mission based organizations geared towards equitable education, youth development and the arts. She feels strongly that inequity should never be the reason a child does not have the tools they need to be the leaders we'll need in the future!

As Director of Development, Katherine is proud to work with OCC staff to achieve financial goals that allow us to serve all of the children of Ossining - no matter their financial circumstances. Katherine loves being a mom, an aunt, an auntie, and a Girl Scout leader.

My favorite Muppet:  Dr. Teeth (& the Electric Mayhem)

  • Hilary has been a proud member of the Ossining Children’s Center team for eight years, bringing a deep commitment to equity, community, and the well‑being of children and families. At OCC, Hilary loves being part of a team that cares so deeply for the families we serve. She is especially passionate about using fundraising to strengthen OCC’s mission, open doors for more families, and ensure that every child has access to high‑quality care.

She feels continually inspired by the dedication of her colleagues and the strength of the OCC community, and she’s proud to be a part of it.
